Step 1: Connect to Merus Case

Easily connect Legal Ninja to your Merus Case management system. This will allow Legal Ninja to automatically add calendar entries, generate task lists, add notes, generate document templates, upload documents, and edit custom fields for you.

  1. Click "Merus Case"

  2. Login to Merus

  3. Authorize Application

Your account is now connected. We do not have access to your Merus credentials. You can disconnect anytime.

 

Step 2: Set up a Process Template

Setup a process template. These are the steps you want automatically done in your case management system whenever you submit this process.

  1. Click "Manage Templates" on the far left

  2. Click "Add Template" on the top right

  3. Give this template a name

  4. Enter any tasks and information you want your Merus system to automatically do. Examples include:

    - Rename the document and upload to a specific folder
    - Create a calendar entry
    - Edit Custom Fields
    - Generate one or more document templates
    - Add a note
    - Generate a task list

  5. Click "Create"

 

Step 3: Submit an Automation

Easily connect Legal Ninja to your case management system. This will allow Legal Ninja to automatically add calendar entries, generate task lists, add notes, generate document templates, upload documents, and edit custom fields for you.

  1. Click "Run New Automation" on the top left

  2. Upload your document

    Note: You can upload multiple documents if you want. You can also run an automation without uploading a document

  3. Select the Process template name

  4. Type in the Case ID for the specific case you want to submit this automation for

  5. Edit any of the fields or information you have added

  6. Click "Run"

All the tasks you requested to be completed in your case management system will be completed within seconds.
